Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the provision of concreting services by Revive My Drive (“we”, “our”, “us”). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1- Services

We provide concreting services including but not limited to Driveway Cleaning, Driveway Crack Repairs, Driveway Resealing and Patio & Path Resealing. A detailed scope of works will be outlined in your written quote.

2- Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

  • Quotes may be subject to change if site conditions vary from what was disclosed.

  • Additional costs (e.g., excavation beyond agreed scope, changes in design) will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

3- Payment

  • A deposit may be required before work begins.

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your quote or invoice.

  • Full payment must be made upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late payments may attract additional fees.

4- Site Responsibilities

  • Clients must ensure safe and clear access to the site.

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about underground services (e.g., water, gas, electrical).

  • We are not liable for damage caused to undisclosed underground services.

5- Workmanship and Warrenty

  • We guarantee our workmanship in accordance with Australia standards.

  • Our responsibility is limited to defects caused by our workmanship.

  • Natural variations such as surface cracking, colour variation, or weather-related effects are not considered defects.

6- Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, Revive My Drive is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

  • Our liability is limited to re-performing the service or refunding the cost of the service, as required under Australian Consumer Law.

7- Delays

We will make every effort to complete work on schedule. However, delays may occur due to weather, supply shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for losses caused by such delays.

8- Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement if the other breaches these Terms. Fees for work completed up to the termination date will still apply.

9- Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of NSW courts.
